Homeowners in Mandan have a great opportunity to reinvest in their properties through the return of the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative for 2025. In partnership with Gate City Bank and Capital Credit Union, the City of Mandan is offering low-interest home equity loans to support home improvement projects that preserve and enhance the city's aging housing stock.
