Infrastructure improvements along Memorial Highway in Mandan continue to make progress, with Phase 1 now completed between 32nd Avenue SE and 46th Avenue SE.
Phase 2 construction is moving west toward 32nd Avenue SE, including paving and underground utility improvements. Additional work near Main Street, the new lift station, and storm sewer upgrades is also underway.
As construction progresses, improved roads and public infrastructure can support future residential and commercial growth along the Memorial Highway corridor.
Construction is expected to continue through fall 2026, with additional lanes anticipated to reopen as work advances.
