If your home was damaged in the devastating tornadoes that swept through North Dakota between June 19 and 27, 2025, there’s some good news: the North Dakota Association of REALTORS® (NDAR) is offering financial assistance through the REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF).
NDAR has secured $50,000 in RRF funding to help North Dakota residents whose primary, owner-occupied residences were significantly affected by the storms. Homeowners can receive up to $1,000 in aid to help with expenses like mortgage payments, rent at a new location, or hotel costs. Even homeowners with paid-off mortgages can apply for up to $500.
This grant is first-come, first-served, and the application deadline is August 27, 2025.
Who Can Apply?
- Homeowners whose primary residences were damaged by the tornadoes.
- Renters displaced due to the tornado damage.
- The grant is not available for secondary homes, sheds, silos, or other structures.
How to Apply:
To apply, complete the online application form, gather the necessary supporting documents, and email your submission to info@ndrealtors.com. If you have questions or need help with the application process, you can reach NDAR at the same email or call 701-355-1010.
